I don't really like to keep pics of girls I know are now deceased in my files. I'll share this here before I 'delete' it.

This came out of left field, I agree, but what doesn't? Accidents happen daily, and even if this death can be explained by actions on her part, we would likely not be privy to her private recreational habits or medical conditions. I've heard of starlets dying while on ski vacations, or three months after their death, confirmed reports that the person was suffering from cancer surfaces, so ... I don't know.
These things happen.
