the Runaways
Oh, man. The fact that this exists has me so very very excited. Except...Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning? Are you SERIOUS? I'm not overly fond of either actress, but if they can pull off Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, I'll take back everything I've said about them. Other cast members include Scout Taylor-Compton as Lita Ford and Stella Maeve as Sandy West (I'll be honest, I've never heard of either of them. Um, the actors, not the band members  )
In the meantime, I'm off to dream about learning bass some more...and sing Cherry Bomb, since it's stuck in my head now.
Edited to add: Release is set for March 19, 2010, and oddly enough, none of the bassists will be portrayed.
