Okay, I'll bite:
What's the point of starting a brand new thread on the exact same topic simply because of time? Doesn't it lend to continuity to just keep rolling?
That and I don't want the weapons forum to have 19 threads on "shotgun for home defense" because a year went by since the last post in the old one.
