Lucifer - yes muslims are allowed to use condoms. its usage is worldwide, though in some cultures its usage is limited because of socioeconomic reasons or cultural reasons where large families are wanted/expected.

But as long as both parties agree to it, then yes. Coitus interuptus (aka 'the pull out method') is also acceptable, which is not the case with other abrahamic faiths.
