This is true and so true that it unfortunately becomes a habit. Not only do you get women to your house but men too of all walks of life will now want to grab something to eat at your house.
When I got a couch a colleague almost became a fixture on it because I had internet ad food. All he could ever need. It ended awkwardly when I hinted at him that he has to leave ("Dude, your eating all my food and I have a girl coming over, you need to go!") suffice it to say he never came back.
