I don't really get this ban. I guess it's what happens when you give the public a vote. While I don't think they made the right decision, I like that they have no one the blame except themselves. What a wonderful system it is that puts civil rights up to a simple majority vote. The Swiss have consistently demonstrated the extreme xenophobia of their culture and this is just one more way for them to show foreigners that they're not welcome.
