Should be up by now. But yea, they had a LOT of stuff they needed to fix. They had patches, hotfixes, hardware that needed immediate replacement (and then followup work on that when it wasn't done perfect the first time).
And that's only what I know from browsing the forums, you guys might've had other ones too ;P.
On the plus side: CM is about to get focused on by Riot. Yay <3.
