I'm paraphrasing, Phil - but as I type this, I can hear my TV in the background - Charles Gibson is saying, "and Tiger Woods is still refusing to talk to the police about his Thanksgiving Night crash."

I doubt you or I would get away with refusing to talk with the police about a 2:30 a.m. crash that resulted in damage to City property and a neighbor's property. Especially for 3 straight days. I guess some parts of being a celebrity are okay with him, but others aren't?

Personally, I don't give a rat's ass who he's having sex with - and I think the ever-growing celebrity worship in this country is disgusting. But he was operating a motor vehicle and caused property damage and he's refusing to cooperate with the Highway Patrol. That's what I have a problem with.
