A few quick facts before i start with the various questions i was too embarrassed to ask the doctor during my appointment and couldn't find answers to on the papery bit that comes in the box or on the internet site for the drug company.
1. I have Phimosis and spent a bit of time researching it before i managed to will myself into the doctors office.
2. I don't like the idea of circumcision and recently found that most patients (about 96%) respond favorably to the steroid cream treatment) don't require surgery to fix the problem. (to say the least this made me feel much better when i found out about this)
3. I have a Long term girlfriend who doesn't mind that my kit isn't quite up to spec

(big help, BTW she's the reason for question 1)
4. I've been prescribed Betnovate ointment (30g tube) with the active ingredient of Betamethasone 0.1% w/w as bethamethasone valerate the remaining mass is made up of white soft paraffin and liquid paraffin.
To the questions. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide
1. I'm using this stuff once a day on the tight skin that prevents the foreskin from moving backwards past Glans, the question is if im using this stuff everyday, am i allowed to have sex with my girlfriend? or will it affect her if i've already absorbed it into my skin? (the info sheet says under no circumstances to allow it to touch internals.
2. can someone please tell me what Preputial plasty or Z-plasty are? i was told they are alternatives to circumcision that leave you with a looser foreskin but an intact one but i can't find any good sources on the web.( i know the odds of me needing surgery are low but i'd rather get educated in the event the steroid cream doesn't work)
