You can usually go to a print shop (Kinko's etc.) and ask. You can also try a photo finisher. You might even get a Wal-Mart or someone to do it as well, depending on their equipment. As long as you have a digital copy, it should be fairly painless. If it's not digital, then it might actually be easier for a photo shop to help you.
No idea on cost, though.
