Hooking up a hitch is really easy... just a matter of a few bolts- potentially drilling a few holes or chopping some plastic with newer cars. After that all you need is the electronics for lights. That might mean some wire splicing or just plugging something in... depending on the vehicle. As far as getting someone to install it- Uhaul is likely the most common installer. I know they do not like jeeps but I think that is more for renting their equipment- they should be able to install a hitch. Check pricing online as I can guarantee that you can get a hitch shipped to your door cheaper than any installer/retailer will charge you.
