hmmm, I can't wait to eat it. I love corn. So I'm making so much that the work people can't possibly eat it all and I'll take leftovers home and eat them some more.
There are recipes that used canned corn, I suppose you could easily use fresh corn, but there is a traditional way to make it using this Cope's dried corn, so that's how I'm making this batch.
