Theoretically true, although not always the fact.
Like I said we can measure, certain aspects of it,
just not exact.
But you are correct too, the tools we use to measure sometimes do affect the very thing we are measuring,
especially in Quantum Mechanics
The concept is described in the idea of "Schrodinger's Cat",
that and Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle.
You know...for some reason, I've never really liked that idea,
not the "Uncertainty Principle", but the whole "Cat" thing.
almost as if it's off...not quite right.
