I made grilled chicken, topped with crimini mushrooms in red wine. Asparagus with lemon juice, olive oil and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. In the little dish is a salad (yea well call it that) of avocado, tomato, sauteed bell pepper and garlic then drizzled with a little toasted sesame oil. Mmmm delicious!
