Guys, please give me a little time to find a new place to go.
I've taken my boys to some of the smaller-time baseball games around here and we had a great time, the little parks are really nice, and it feels sort of more involved than MLB, the players talk to you as you sit near the front, the kids have several opportunities to get on the field for games, etc....though it's several orders of magnitude difference in typical talent. We've been to the Trenton Thunder from the American Minor League (they're the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees) and the Camden Riversharks from the Atlantic League. Plus, the beer's the same and costs less!
