buffalo mozzarella
that five layer cheese that is deliciously weird... stilton, bleu, etc. Heart of England?
feta.... mmm, feta
smoked cheddar
garlic cheddar
cheese curds
parmesan
romano
gruyere
i love cheese. it's the last milk-based product my system can handle any more. I will be so terribly sad when I lose it, too.
