Location: Redneckville, NC
Smoked pork tenderloin with a hot mustard rub. Smoked salmon with three different asian marinades.
Not pictured: Potato salad, green beans, dirty rice, fresh baked wheat bread.
I slipped into a food coma. It was so fucking wonderful.
