ok I am into smells but to me this is going too far. She's letting her friend smell your underwear, and hers? What what? And she makes a point of smelling you down there, that also seems very odd. Maybe you should have been more careful who you let take naked pictures of you and for what purpose.
I would break up I think. Learn the lesson for any future encounters.
