Yeah, sorry about that... I had an unexpected weekend holiday, and there's virtually no wireless half-a-mile above sea level.
I'm back now, so I'll tally the point totals up.

So, give or take fifteen minutes, the round is now coming to a close. Last second picture sneaks are still to be accepted, but make it snappy.

Results for Rd. 2 ("Rain") of the NWS ISG are as follows:
thirdsun - 5 (within 20 min... that's pretty good) -- extra +1 for the great follow-up, and DDGirls is fan-favorite site of mine.
kramus - 4 +1 for the dual B&W rain shots.
healer - 3
MexicanOnABike - 2 +1 for the second item I said would warrant a bonus: transparent clothing (t-shirts)
Redlemon - 1 and a +1 for the third item I was looking for: "fog and/or mist"
mixedmedia - 2 and a +3 for the most interesting rain shot of the round.
unclephil - 0 +1 ... well, it's evidently raining in the picture, but as this is no longer the 19th century of Puritan rule, long exposed female legs are no longer considered scandalous enough to be tagged as debaucherous nudity. Good effort though. But, you do get a bonus point for first posting one of the items I was looking for: an "umbrella".

And that's it. Nobody posted or found a picture for the last item I was wanting to see, which happened to be a pair of yellow rain boots. Degree of difficulty bonus, I guess.
I don't know how to properly coronate a winner, but as it seems that thirdsun has both the most points awarded through rd. 2 and throughout the game so far, it seems only right that he should do the honors.
It's your show now, thirdsun.
Cumulative scores for the game through Round 2:
thirdsun: 9
kramus: 7
mixedmedia: 6
Redlemon: 5
Jet: 5
Lucifer: 4
healer: 3
MOAB: 3
Fremen: 2
Punk.of.Ages: 1
Sticky: 1
uncle phil: 1
cheese: 0
