Thanks for the informative historical piece. It's October, so with that, brings tidings of brew and boo.
If you were talking to me, and not ring, I
could, theoretically, make each individual line into a post, and perhaps arrange each stanza into separate pages, but that's putting too much into a craft that, while longwithstanding, is still an ephemeral endeavor. I don't even remember what the gang talked about four days ago, so what occurred four months ago is all but forgotten in pages 425-431.
Also, the poem is really pointed at what seems to be the objectification, definition, and "sweep-under-the-rug" vision of women.
I wish I had a poem to share.
Oh, wait, I do... it's somewhere in my bookmarks. I'll post a few later when I find 'em.
