There are many parts of white culture I don't agree with. Facets that sometimes include violence and sexism. But you don't hear anyone decrying these things on the basis that are
defining white people. That's the difference.
When you make the jump from I don't like some forms of hip-hop ---> I don't like black culture. You're being obtuse. But it happens all the time. Lots of folks feel that way. Doesn't make it apt or reliable, though.
