He drugged her and raped her repeatedly over her stated objections. Orally, vaginally, and anally. In any civilised country, the US and France included,
this is rape, pure and simple, and doing it will get you sent to prison for a long time with nobody feeling terribly bad about it...if you're lucky. Leave the age of the victim out of it for a second, and consider the fact that he just plain RAPED her.
