I've been with a tall, big boy dude (6'5") for a little over a year now - off and on but that's besides the point. Some guys can't date fat chicks. I've now vowed that I can't ever, EVER date someone under 6'2". Otherwise, I feel freakishly disproportionate. It really is great to wear heels and still be shorter than him.
