Yeah, it isn't about what it is now... it is what it'll be in 10 years, 25 years, 100 years. Hell, I can't even register for classes in person. It's all online.
Everything is going digital. It's like the argument in
U.S. v. Miller (1976): You cannot function as a normal member of society without a bank account.
Today the
