discipline is sticking with eating great for those 5-6 meals and 6 days. On the 7th day...pizza, doughnuts, icecream, burgers, candy, cheesecake, soda, orange flavored chicken, BigMac, etc... oh my god, I'm salivating.
5-6 works great. Sticking to it and being consistent (where it works) is the hardest part.
