Around here(NY), cigarette packs run around $10.
I can find Bugler(which I like when I don't wanna spend much) for $3.50 a pouch, which comes with 40 papers. Another domestic popular rolling tobacco brand is Top, and I think it's around the same price.
Bali Shag is from Europe, so it's around 8 bucks a pouch. It does have a lot more tobacco (1.31 oz vs. Bugler's 3/4 oz.).
