It's double-edged. Why in the world would you use a double-edge blade to cut anything by itself? They make single-edge for a reason, which even those aren't meant to be used with your fingers alone.
Not only for cuts from razor blades and / or scrapes, but use this the next time you have a tiny lil' pimple or a twin emerging from your face or body. Just make sure the skin is broken a tiny bit at least, so the stuff can get in there and work it's magic. May not be the same for everyone, but I've experienced overnight miracles using this as a spot treatment. I get some terrible hormonal growths every so often. This stuff gets rid of them in record time. I put a tiny band-aid over the area after applying so the stuff doesn't wipe off - obviously, use it at night.
