2-Yes
3-Absolute, no limits.
4-To an extent.
5-YES YES AND YES!
6- Sanctioned prayer, yes. If a kid wants to pray before eating lunch, more power to him.
Obviously some of those are not black and white, but I tried to abide to the OP and not explain too much.
