As an overweight Canadian, yeah, I've done it. (Not that I was the aforementioned overweight Canadian, but...)
I've personally been on webcam once or twice with my ex, once with a girl I was casually dating. A bunch of my guy friends offer to show me their bits, and end up wanking for the camera. Quite nice, sometimes.
