What I would say is keep at it, keep on dating online because the more girls you date and meet, the more chances of you finding a girl that you really click with and fall in love with will happen. And yeah, of course who have to be attracted to the person, physically and intellectually, to really make that deep connection with someone, just remember to put yourself out there as honestly as possible and hopefully the feedback you get will be mutual.
