We had a competition a few years ago to see who could go the longest without whacking it. I lasted too long for my own good. It wasn't fun but there were no adverse side effects.

I think you will find the next time you have sex it will be normal. Perhaps even underwhelming. Sorry.

And geez... how rude of me... Congratulations on getting married. Don't listen to anyone that tells you sex is bad after marriage. I've been married for a very long time and while it hasn't always been smooth sailing... there are few to no complaints on that side of things.
