One of my doctors told me about this stuff. She's an avid health freak. She recommended I try this instead of Crystal Light. This stuff is packed with vitamins and such. Drank a full one today, finally, and I feel VERY good. Not high, but zippy fun whoosh vitamin rush. Costco sells them in a pack of 30 - 10 each of grape, pink lemonade and orange soda. All flavors are good.
VERY IMPORTANT - TAKE A SIP OF WATER BEFORE EMPTYING CONTENTS IN BOTTLE. Otherwise it foams and overflows. I learned that before going into work the other day :/.
