A museum / Hall of Shame focused on lottery winners and how the vast majority of them managed to spend, waste, lose, and fritter away all the winnings.
It would even have a big tote board that shows the astronomical total of all lottery winnings, just so people could be amazed at the amount of money given to people who won it and flushed it down the toilet...
