The mobo owner's manual should have a full listing of where all the front connectors hook up to it. As far as the case, it's usually self-explanatory if you just pay attention.
The heat sensor is better off being put on the CPU's heatsink, but not between it and the CPU. In other words, put it on the bottom of the heatsink, but not between the H.S. and the CPU core.
Also, how can we help you out with info on the case wiring if you're not even going to tell us what brand and model the case is?
