I've always found that the size of my dick on any particular day varies greatly with how much of the end of the ruler I am capable of shoving into my stomach at the time.

Seriously though (or as seriously as one can be aboud dick sizes), I've never taken comparative measurements, but there seems to be about a 1-2" difference between a normal 'yep, ready for some sex' erection and a once or twice a year Turbo Boner of Extreme Swelling (tm). Almost enough to make me want to try Viagra to see if it induces the effect...

Also, fun fact: Most people are the same length and circumference, plus or minus a small amount. Non intuitive, but true.
