I measured 7 when I was a teenager. Probably 6 1/2 now. I might have forced 7 back then, really I don't remember. Doesn't matter, I've been married 12 years and she likes it just as much as ever (actually more now, it seems).
Oh and I'm 6'2, 210lbs. Might be 6'1 with my shoes off. Been a long time for that number, too.
