Hey, I'm a 20-some male frequenter of this board and I masturbate usually every day
I'm not in very good shape; i've been gradually improving over the last year and a half, but my question is: is intense, sustained masturbation a decent aerobic workout?
The reason I ask is, sometimes when I jerk it and I've really got nothing better to do, I'll go full throttle for 45min or more... I almost went for two hours the other day. When I finish, a lot of times I am completely drenched in sweat and my heart is racing.
Of course I'm not advocating this replace any kind of actual aerobic fitness like running or jump-rope or playing Ultimate, but I sweat more after a power hour than doing any of those other things. I can also say with confidence that there's more aerobic value than muscle-building in this exercise of sorts.
