Fly into Tailand and cross the border into Laos. I'd suggest doing this by going west of Viang Chan, that way you can get plenty of supplies. Head North until you see a tall mountain with a great shadow. Under the shadow of the mountain you'll find a lone hut with an old man named, "Singh" or "The Lion". Tell him Will sent you. Good luck.
