i read a story a few days ago about an israeli man who answered the ad of someone who needed a kidney in the states.
he got paid 20,000 USD for it, although it was illegal and highly unethical to do something like this.
before you even think of doing any operation, you're looking at least 6 months recovery period before you are back on track at 100%. with all the soft tissue, you'll swell like a mother down there.
the next point that should be considered is if you donate a testicle, is the sperm produced, yours or theirs. what paternity issues may arise in the future because of this?
