I just had a colonoscopy recently.

14-dose sized Miralax
64 oz. Gatorade
4 Dulcolax laxative tablets

Mix Miralax and Gatorade in pitcher and keep in fridge
About 5 hours before bedtime, take Dulcolax
2 hours later, drink 8 oz of mixture. Drink 8 oz every 15 minutes until half of the pitcher is gone
You can drink clear fluids from now until morning
When you wake up, start drinking 8 oz of mixture every 15 minutes until pitcher's empty
After about 3 hours, you'll be pooing Gatorade colored poop
You are now officially cleansed

Note: Stay home when doing this. You'll need your bathroom every 10-20 minutes.
