Personally I dont go in for any of that Karma Sutra stuff - but to answer the question I would think any cardio vascular exercise would make you better at really rigorous screwing. Yoga and Pilates may technically be good for flexibility, but obviously as a male there arent things youre likely to do, maybe just lift some weights?
