I had this idea regarding specific workouts that will help someone maintain sexual activity. I'm talking about being able to support your own weight or your partner's weight during a variety of sexual positions. The reason for this is that exhaustive physical exertion can be a distraction and can result in loss of erection if you work too hard at thrusting because your position or technique is draining.
As an example, some people may want to lift themselves up from their partner during the missionary position, to get a good view. This takes arm strength and endurance to support yourself while thrusting. What exercises would help one tackle the fatigue associated with this? I'm guessing push-ups, simulating the position and just holding the push-up as long as you can.
How about exercises for technique like thrusting your hips harder and faster without changing your position? How about stretches to allow yourself to get into different positions? Does anyone have any tips of this variety?
