I compound my own incense, and I use frankincense and myrrh in my sacral incense mix, and in one of my cleansing mixes.
I also keep a number of herbs around for the making of healing teas, tisanes, and drenches, as well as for putting into incense and smudges of varying kinds.
Essential oils I don't work with much, except in cooking. But I like my fiancee to wear them sometimes, instead of artificially compounded perfume-- which I never like. For some reason, pine resin and rosemary is a really arousing scent on a woman for me....
I don't work much with crystals. The mystical systems I use don't favor any material being inherently more or less able to channel positive energy, and other than that, I feel they're mostly aesthetic. I think I have a geode, someplace.....
