My ex was a born-and-bred country girl. Despite her liking rough hands (for the usual country reasons), when she met me her opinion changed.
My hands are incredibly soft (apparently) on their own. Plus I personally like to get touchy-feely a lot, so I have a doubt that would go over well with rough hands.
