as a die hard sword of truth fan i was appaled at the adaptation. The actors were fine but the writing was just juevinille and incredibly corny. this series was doomed from the start when it was decided to go with a syndicated show verses a network show. they had to have single story episodes and couldn't focus on an over all story arch wich was just awefull. If you even remotely liked the show, please read the books because there just aren't words for the difference of book vs. show
