With the right partner, there are a lot of compromises. You'd be surprised what you can endure. We had some issues after the birth that put us off for many months. It wasn't 9 months without, but it was a year where it only happened 3 or 4 times. It's such a busy time that it flies by. Trust me, the days of "what do you want to do?" "I dunno, what do you want to do?" "I dunno" are LONG gone once your pregnant.
