This is true. Children are no longer cute and innocent anymore. Unless they're well behaved and playing on their own turf, which doesn't include my f'ing driveway.
It's nice to hear / read from others who know what I'm on about. Sometimes, I feel like I'm surrounded by 20-somethings. Not just online but irl too. And it makes me choke lol. I was SOOO much different 10 years ago. Quite honestly, I had a drug problem, which helped with keeping slim and trim, confident and outgoing -
happy. Now I'm just bitter and pessimistic. But I suppose that's a whole 'nuther thread!
