im 34 ....in the waist.
age is just a number. if you feel good about yourself then you are that age. i found a real grey hair in my head last week..just take it as it comes. i have no issues with getting older.
what do i do as a 30 something?
i dont take shit, i tell it how it is, im more chilled out than i was in my 20's. im also into my exercise a lot more than when i was in my 20's and looking after myself.
longevity is in the mind as much as it is in the body.
