Seriously. It's like Goodell thinks that NFL law is greater than US law. He's already been out of the league for 2 years serving ACTUAL time in prison, why let someone sign him but he's suspended? I mean he's got to be either reinstated or suspended, it can't be both.
I think Goodell just doesn't want week 1 and 2 stories to be about Vick.
