Louis CK, he's fucking hilarious.
?uestlove, I'd like to listen to a couple vinyls with him, he has a massive collection of music and seems to know a lot about recording, and production. I saw him live, and he's amazing on the drums.
I also like Ray Winstone as an actor, and would kill to look as tough as him in The Departed.
